We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. However, return eligibility may vary depending on the product type and ongoing promotional offers.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items purchased during special sales with free product offers (e.g., Buy One Get One) are not eligible for return.

We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return is accepted. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Policy

Prepaid orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are processed to the Bank Account.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, contact us at rratanshree@gmail.com.
Note: A reverse shipping fee of up to ₹150 may be deducted in cases of excessive return activity.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, return the item (if eligible), and place a new order after your return is accepted.
